Parker is located 20 miles southeast of Denver. The town was founded in 1864 and incorporated in 1981. One of the fastest growing communities in Colorado, Parker continues to enjoy managed growth while maintaining a small-town atmosphere. Parker has 200 acres of developed parkland including an equestrian park, a state-of-the-art recreation center, 700 acres of open space, and an arboretum.
